The $8,000 first-year rate is based on the recent eXpcon update supplied by Charly Daoud, not yet independently verified in published eXp terms. Eligible Level 1 agents receive this rate instead of the $1,400 standard base in this scenario. The remaining Level 1 agents use the standard base. The same person is never counted at both rates.
All entered agents are assumed to contribute a full $16,000 U.S. residential cap. Levels 2–7 use standard base rates. Full access to Levels 4–7 requires qualifying counts of 5, 10, 15 and 30 respectively; smaller expansion rates apply below those thresholds. Enter the actual number of agents at each level, not a branching multiplier. Reduced caps, changing qualification, co-sponsorship, attrition and variable adjustment bonuses are not modeled. Why does my sponsor choice matter?+
Your eXp sponsor choice connects you to a specific organization and its additional relationships and resources. To explore joining Beyond, meet with Charly Daoud first and confirm the exact sponsor details and available benefits before completing your eXp application.
Can I join as a solo agent or bring my team?+
Both conversations are welcome. We’ll discuss your market, production, team structure and goals, then outline available support and transition options. Team economics, lead programs and partnership opportunities may require separate agreements.
Do I have to join the Beyond Estates lead team?+
No. This page is for agents joining eXp with Charly Daoud as their sponsor and accessing his organization. You can bring your own business or team. Beyond Estates’ lead-and-split program is a separate choice with its own agreement.
Are leads included or guaranteed?+
Access Zillow leads and more throughout California through our organization. Our qualifying Zillow lead program offers no personal splits, referral fees only. Other lead sources may have different terms; availability and qualification vary by market. Standard eXp brokerage fees and commission splits still apply. Separate Beyond Estates lead-team arrangements have their own terms. No lead volume or closing outcome is guaranteed.
What does “no setup fee” mean for VAs?+
The organization describes access to real estate virtual assistants from $6/hour with no setup fee. You pay for ongoing assistant services. Confirm availability, minimum hours, service scope and current provider terms before starting.
How do the client incentives work?+
Agents joining eXp under Charly’s organization have access to give their clients free movers. Other client-benefit opportunities vary by provider and program. Confirm the current terms for your client. The two-free-hour moving offer belongs to Beyond Estates’ separate lead-team arrangement, where the team provides the lead and receives a commission split.
Who qualifies for escrow ownership?+
Escrow ownership is a separate opportunity for qualified producers and team leaders, subject to review, availability and written agreements. It is not automatic with eXp or Beyond membership. Discuss eligibility, investment requirements and the full terms directly.
Will I have support during the transition?+
We’ll use your first conversation to map your next steps, sponsorship, brokerage onboarding, local resources and a practical first-90-day plan. Existing listings, team members and transactions should be reviewed with the appropriate brokers before a move.
